Who we are
Pro Building Contractors Limited (PBC), registered in England and Wales, company number 08155878, registered office 6 Reynard Way, Brentford TW8 9GF. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
When you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp, the enquiry form or the budget estimate page, we receive the details you give us: usually your name, email address, phone number, the address or area of your project, what you would like built and any drawings you upload.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, visit and price your project, and, if we work together, to run the contract. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract.
Who sees it
Only PBC. Our email and file storage (including uploaded drawings) run on Google Workspace, and this website is hosted by Cloudflare, who process data on our behalf. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted within two years. Records of projects we carry out are kept for up to seven years for contract, tax and warranty reasons.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
