An Edwardian terrace in Kensal Rise rebuilt from top to bottom.

A rear extension creates an open-plan kitchen with a waterfall-edge island and wide sliding glazing to the garden. Steel-framed internal glazing divides the spaces without losing light, and herringbone floors, bespoke joinery, two new bathrooms, a loft conversion and a garden studio complete the house.

A whole-house project like this runs as one programme: structure and roof first, then services throughout, then finishes, all managed by one project lead with our own crew.
